Grounded Girlfriends is an online support group for faith-based women centered on mental health and wellness. Through our Zoom sessions, blog, and shop, we offer encouragement, prayer, biblical teaching, and practical tools.

Our self-help group support sessions take place on Zoom and are booked through the site. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to follow the group guidelines: healthy comfort, healthy confidentiality, healthy communication, and healthy community.
Our sessions follow the Living Grace curriculum from Grace Alliance, a 16-week small group experience. Grounded Girlfriends is not a crisis service, a medical provider, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service in your area.
We may reschedule or cancel a session when necessary. If that happens, we will let you know using the contact details you provided when booking.
You may create an account to manage bookings and orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Our shop offers items connected to the Grounded Girlfriends community. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and delivery information. Prices, availability, and shipping details are shown in the shop at the time of purchase. If you have a question about an order, please email us.
The content on this site — including our name, logo, text, blog posts, graphics, and the design of the site — belongs to Grounded Girlfriends or is used with permission. You may read, share links to, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute our content without our written permission.
The Living Grace curriculum is provided by Grace Alliance and remains their property. Any scripture quotations are used for teaching and encouragement.
Anything you share in a session or on the site (for example, a comment or a message) remains yours, but you give us permission to display it on the site where relevant, such as in the community or blog areas.
Grounded Girlfriends offers faith-based encouragement and peer support. We are not a licensed counseling, medical, or mental health provider, and nothing on this site or in our sessions is medical or professional advice. The Living Grace curriculum and our group discussions are meant to support, not replace, care from qualified professionals.
